Delivery Policy

Delivery times vary depending on the product, type of customization, quantity, availability, and delivery address. For purchases made through the website, the processing time begins only after the purchase is confirmed. After confirmation, customization will take up to 3 business days, which will be added to the shipping time provided by the postal service. In urgent cases, please contact us. For specific customizations, the lead time may be longer due to the creation process (e.g., painting canvases, drawing species beyond the catalog). For the state of São Paulo, priority shipping via Sedex is offered.

When making a purchase, it is possible to estimate the delivery time and shipping cost based on the shipping address. Shipping costs may vary according to the quantity of items ordered. Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery errors, which will not be the website’s responsibility.

Products will be shipped in reused packaging to reduce waste and promote sustainability, but we guarantee they will be properly packed in sanitized materials. After opening the package, we recommend reusing the packaging whenever possible. Please inspect your order upon delivery and refuse to accept it if the packaging is tampered with, damaged, or shows any signs of damage.

If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, inform us immediately. However, changes cannot be made if the product has already been shipped.
