Terms of Use
All illustrations published on this page are authored by Fernando Igor de Godoy, who holds all rights under current Brazilian copyright law (Law No. 9,610 of February 19, 1998, which updates and consolidates copyright legislation and related provisions). Use of these images must be agreed upon in advance with the author, who will specify any restrictions. It is emphasized that no image may be commercially exploited under any circumstances without the author’s consent. Sharing the images is permitted, provided proper credit is given to the author, such as when posting on social media. This is undoubtedly the best way to promote the site and therefore should not be prohibited.
Products purchased or won may be photographed and/or appear in personal photos without restrictions; however, reproduction of the products is prohibited.
In cases of unauthorized use of the images, especially for commercial purposes such as reproduction, the offender will be subject to legal penalties and may be liable for monetary compensation (damages). The author may also seek seizure of reproduced copies or suspension of distribution.
Products sold featuring the author’s artwork must be limited strictly to the agreed purpose. Under no circumstances is reproduction allowed.
The author also safeguards the originality of the images, confirming they are original works and do not copy other artists’ work or violate ethical standards. The illustrations do not contain any prejudiced, racist, offensive, or aggressive content.
Most photographs used on the site are also by Fernando Igor de Godoy. When images depict identifiable faces, they were taken and used with the individuals’ consent. Mockups created with images from royalty-free sites also follow ethical practices and properly credit the photographers.
